In 1997 Matthew began his practice in Colorado as a Certified Massage Therapist. In the same year he received Reiki Master teacher training under Joanne Hibbert, RN, RMT.
He has studied and explored numerous other healing modalities such as Reconnective Healing and the Reconnection under Dr Eric Pearl, Polarity Balancing with Maruti Seidman, Jeff Primack's Supreme Science Qigong (Level 3 Instructor) , and is currently studying with renowned healer Marjorie Haynes.
Beyond mere technique, there is something Matthew brings to the table which cannot be taught - a profound depth of presence which comes through his hands, voice and intention.
In addition to his intuitive self exploration of sound, Matthew has also learned from sound healing luminaries such as Tom Kenyon, Jonathan Goldman, and performs regularly with Canadian chant master Jerry Des Voignes.
